General accessibility information

All circulation spaces and galleries at Titanic Belfast are fully accessible.

There are some dimensional and weight restrictions on the Shipyard Ride which may mean that some wheelchairs, and all mobility scooters, will be unable to be accommodated within the accessible car

Titanic Belfast is surrounded by a flagged Plaza which is fully accessible.

Titanic Belfast has four entrances, all have level access.

Disabled parking

Parking is not free for visitors or Blue Badge holders.

There are disabled parking spaces available in the underground car park, the surface of which is tarmac.  The route from this to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user unaided.

Disabled toilet facilities

There are 12 accessible toilets within this venue designated for public use.  Some of the standard toilets also have level access and some have grab rails and lowered sinks.

A number of wheelchairs are available and can be reserved in advance by contacting the ticketing office on +44 (0)28 9076 6399.

Mobility scooters can also be made available via ShopMobility.

Assistance dogs allowed

Guide Dogs are welcome.
